Muhammad Adnan Bashir, serves as International Teacher and Researcher at the Guangdong Institute for International Strategies. He has a rich and diverse professional experience in the fields of international economics, and academia. He has held various academic and research positions at prestigious institutions in China. Currently serving as International Teacher and Researcher at the Guangdong Institute for International Strategies, he contributes to the academic community through research and teaching. Prior to this, he worked as a post doctoral researcher at the Huangpu Institute, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China. Dr. Bashir has also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow for two years at the Faculty of College of Economics, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. With his extensive research background in the field of Economics and interdisciplinary expertise, Dr. Bashir continues to make significant contributions to the fields of International Economics and trade, Energy Economics, Environmental Economics, Sustainability and Climate Change.

Dr. Muhammad Adnan Bashir’s research interests span several areas within the realm of international economics and sustainability. He is particularly focused on decarbonization strategies at global and regional and country level, aiming to assess and implement measures to reduce carbon emissions with sustainable economic growth and promote low-carbon society development. Additionally, Dr. Bashir is deeply involved in export survival of products and management, exploring various aspects international trade and economics. His research extends to the fields of environment and energy economics, where he investigates the economic implications of energy policies and renewable energy initiatives. Dr. Bashir is also interested in sustainability pathways, seeking to identify and evaluate pathways toward achieving sustainable development goals in-line with United Nations set of SDGs. Furhermore, his research encompasses renewable energy technologies, with a focus on their adoption and integration into existing energy systems. Through his diverse research interests, Dr. Bashir aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practices that promote sustainable economic growth and its resilience.

Dr. Bahir has published more than 30 international research articles with the citation score of “Citations: 2880, h-index: 21, i10-index: 24”.
