On March 23, Sui Shirong,President of Guangdong Solid State Lighting Industry Innovation Center (GSC),as well as Xie Wenhao and Yan Xu, researcher of GSC, conducted a research at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS). Li Qing, Secretary-general of Guangdong Institute for International Strategies (GIIS) met them. Liu Jisen and Zeng Chuhong, deputy secretary generals of GIIS and other relevant personnel from GIIS attended the meeting.
The same day, GDUFS and GIIS signed Strategic Co-operation Frame Agreement with GSC respectively. Bothparties reached a consensus on the matter of establishing the new Research Institutions, Postdoctoral Workstation and Innovative Practice Base, Database Industry Analysis Center and jointly declaring major research project.
