On Sep. 15th , at the invitation of David Najera, Counsul General of Mexico, Li Qing, Secretary-general of Guangdong Research Institute for International Strategies, attended the dinner to commemorate the CCII Anniversary of the Independence of Mexico at the Guangzhou Sunrich Sofitel Hotel. The participants also include Jesus Atienza Serna, Counsul General of Spain, Indra Mani Pandey, Counsul General of India, Matthew Christie, Deputy Counsul-General of Australia, and Qiu Huilin, Director of Consular Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangdong Province.
