Research Project on the Major Foreign Policies of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Undertaken by GRIIS Won Award

From Dec. 26th to 27th, Prof. Sui Guangjun, Party secretary of GDUFS and executive deputy director of GRIIS, Prof. Xiao Yaofei, chief research fellow of GRIIS and Prof. Li Qing, secretary general of GRIIS were invited as representatives of the research team to the 2012 Award Meeting for the Major Foreign Policies of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prof. Sui Guangjun made a keynote speech on the meeting as representative of excellent research teams.
In the recent three years, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has organized more than 60 major research projects on foreign policies. It is the first time to award the excellent research teams. The project undertaken by GRIIS, Opportunites, Challenges and Counter Measure Suggestions to China’s Going-out Strategy in the New Situation, was highly approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and adopted by related departments. Therefore, it received the annual project award for the excellent research teams of 2012 Research Project on the Major Foreign Policies of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
