On Nov. 24th , Prof. Liu Jisen was invited to the Seminar of "Going-out Strategy and China's Energy Safety" co-organized by Research Center on China and International Relations of University of International Relations and Editorial Department of Journal of University of International Relations. He gave a speech titled “Going-out Strategy and the Practice in Guangdong”.
The Seminar included three topics for discussion: theoretical thinking of going-out strategy, challenges and countermeasures to China’s energy safety, and strategic studies on the issue of foreign energy safety. Experts and scholars from governments, industries, universities and research institutes attended the seminar and had a heated discussion. This Seminar will help to promote cooperation between the above four fields and with their joint efforts, to explore the major theoretical and practical issues on China’s energy safety.
