Cai Hong, the deputy secretary general of GRIIS amd director of Center for European Studies, was invited again after 2012 to be the speaker of “Training Course for Cadres of Guangdong”, becoming one of the six lecturers in 2013. She will give a lecture titled “Welfare Countries: European Values, Glories and Dilemmas” on November 8th.
