In order to put into practice the spirit of the Eighteenth People’s Congress on “the strategy of actively opening to the outside world”, seize the opportunity of a new round of industrial revolution, and promote the initiative of China in the negotiation of multilateral trade system, the Ministry of Commerce started the expert consulting project of “the influence of a new round of industrial revolution to multilateral trade system and the countermeasure of China”. A delegation of 6 from the Project Research Department headed by Liu Yuhua, deputy director general of the World Trade Organization Department of Ministry of Commerce, arrived in Guangdong on March 28th . Prof. Xiao Yaofei, the chief research fellow of GRIIS, attended the research seminar, which was hosted by Zheng Jianrong, deputy director-general of Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Guangdong Province.
