On December 9, Dr. Song Haixiao from GRIIS, as the representative of the member organization of the Joint Session of Guangdong Foreign Exchange and Cooperation, attended the first “China-Singapore Knowledge Forum” at Luogang Conference Center of Luogang District in Guangzhou.
This forum was co-hosted by the Working Committee of Guangdong Development Zone, Organization Department of Luogang District Committee and China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City and supported by China-Singapore Cooperation Board. More than one hundred people were invited to attend the forum, including the Consul General of Singapore in Guangzhou, government officials of different levels, leaders of related enterprises and famous experts of China and Singapore. Liang Guiquan, counselor of the Counselors’ Office of Guangdong People's Government gave a speech on “Guangdong’s Strategic Transformation and the China-Singapore Knowledge City Innovation Demonstration”.
