Prof. Tang Xiaosong, the chief researcher of GRIIS, received an interview by the Chinese Weekly on the non-official diplomacy. He pointed out that the non-official diplomacy is helpful to the interstate relations. There is huge potential in the Sino-UK non-official diplomacy and the current task for the governments is to explore resources.
