On August 26, GDUFS-Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd. (GRAM) Postdoctoral Innovation Base held a conference on the recruitment and training of post-doctors in the meeting room of GRIIS. Participants include Sui Guangjun, the Party secretary of the CPC Committee of GDUFS and the executive deputy director of GRIIS, He Chuantian and Yang Aimin, vice presidents of GDUFS, Xiao Yaofei, Chen Wanling, and Zeng Chuhong, members of the tutor group of post-doctors, Ou Jinghui, Director of Personnel Department of GRAM, Wu Zhijun of Teacher’s Office of Personnel Department of GDUFS, Liu Jisen and Chen Hanxi, deputy general secretaries of GRIIS. The conference was chaired by Li Qing.
Participants talked about “Regulations of Postdoctoral Innovation Base”, “Post-doctoral Tutor’s Management Regulations” and the applications for the post-doctoral fellowships. They made some practical proposals about the administration and services of post-doctors. They finally have decided to enroll two qualified full-time post-doctors. The two post-doctors will go through some relevant procedures to enter the post-doctoral research station and their lodgings and wages will be provided as soon as possible.
