Recently, People's Daily has published an article, i.e. “Maritime Silk Road Embodying the Responsibilities of Major Powers”, written by Prof. Zhou Fangyin, researcher of GRIIS. In this article, he made some comments on the construction of 21st century Maritime Silk Road, which aroused broad concern and discussion.
