Recently, the project of European Commission Erasmus+ has been approved. Professors from China, Bulgaria, England, Ireland, Poland, Luxembourg, Slovakia and other countries have jointly applied for this project, named European Identity, Culture, Exchanges and Multilingualism, coded 553397-EPP-1-2014-1-BG-EPPJMO-NETWORK, funded Euro 292,900 (about RMB 2.23 million). Wang Xiaohai, the professor of Center for European Studies of GRIIS, is the only Chinese scholar in the project team. His participation is vital to the application of the project, the further development of the European Studies as well as advancing the cutting edge of the studies of European Union of GDUFS.
