On September 21st, 2010, Professor Liu Jisen, Deputy Secretary-General of Guangdong Research Institute of International Strategies, and Professor Chen Wanling, researcher of GRIIS, participated in the symposium on Processing Trade Transformation and Upgrading in Dongguan.
The symposium started with an introduction by He Li, deputy director of the Guangdong Branch of General Administration of Customs, and explained the topics. Experts from the Customs, Foreign Trade System, and Research Institutes exchanged ideas and discussed on topics under the theme of Processing Trade Transformation and Upgrading.
