In addition, from July 5th to 9th, Guangdong Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation organized 3 research groups in the Pearl River Delta, to visit government departments and enterprises in 9 cities and carry out in-depth research and countermeasures. The investigation focuses are as follows: Guangdong is an important city of foreign economy in China. What influences on the foreign trade and economy in Guangdong will be brought by the appreciation of the RMB, export tax rebate adjustment, labor costs, raw material prices, and the depreciation of the EURO? In the first half of the year, the growth rate of the foreign trade of Guangdong is faster that that of the same period last year. Is it a true reflection of the market recovery or a short-term release of the original depressed consumption? What is the biggest difficulty that Guangdong foreign trade enterprises face? How should the governments and enterprises to cope with the current difficulties?
