On April 13th, 2011, professor Liu Jisen, deputy secretary general of Guangdong Research Institute for International Strategies, and associate professor Zhou Junyu discussed on cooperation with Gao Jing the deputy director of Guangzhou Institute of Standardization WTO/ TBT.
After mutual introduction, communication and discussion, both parties reached an initial intention for cooperation in the aspects of the enterprises entering ASEAN and developing low-carbon economy.
