In the afternoon of April 19th, the 4thYunshan Academic Salon of Guangdong Research Institute for International Strategies discussing program entrusted by Foreign Ministry and the program of Guangdong-Hong Kong free service trade area in Conference room 2 of administration building. University party secretary Sui Guangjun also attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Liu Jisen, vice Secretary-general of GRIIS. Program leader and other experts carried out in-depth discussion on the two subjects so as to further facilitate the research.
Prof, Xiao Yaofei, leader of the program entrusted by Foreign Ministry and Dr. Zhou Junyu, leader of the program of Guangdong-Hong Kong free service trade area briefly introduced their programs, which mainly include the initial research plan. The experts present all gave their own ideas of the programs and put forward some constructive advices.
Party secretary Sui Guangjun said that, as to the program entrusted by Foreign Ministry, we should consider the intention of Foreign Ministry, so as to really resolve the problem of what should be “going global”, where to go and how to go. As for the other program, we should make full use of our advantages and achieve practical results.
