Special News Ⅱ: 2012 Special Seminar on Learning the International Experience in Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

On the morning of Sep. 18, Professor Hong Shihong of Hannan University, who has been studying in Japan since his early years, stated the development history of Japanese industrial restructuring under the title of “Japanese industrial restructuring and small and middle sized enterprises’ development”. This seminar involved some problems in Japanese industrialization, industrial upgrading and small and middle sized enterprises from seven aspects: modes and characters of Japanese industrialization, the process and industrial restructuring of Japanese industrialization, the relationship of industrial upgrading, industrial upgrading and small and middle sized enterprises’ official policies, policy orientation and measures of this year, its achievement and problems, and enlightenment to China. The lecture appealed to the audience and was a great success.

In the afternoon, the whole class visited the Financial High-tech Service District in Foshan city, Guangdong province. They discussed the plan, construction and development of financial high new area with the leaders of the Management Committee of the Financial High-tech District. They visited the scaled model and communicated with the managers. The visit achieved fruitful results.
