On the morning of Oct. 25th2012, Yang Jiezhi, investigator of Provincial Commission Office for Public Sector Reform (PCOPSR), and Lu Shan, the section chief, came to GDUFS to make research on the corporate governance of GRIIS. Chen Jianping, vice secretary of Party Committee of GDUFS, Fang Yingsheng, director of the Department of Human Resource, Li Qing, secretary general of GRIIS and Liu Jisen, the deputy secretary general, attended the meeting.
Chen Jianping extended the warm welcome to the visit of PCOPSR and appreciated their support to the Institute since its foundation. The Institute is an important platform for the academic research of GDUFS and represents a significant move of social service and scientific research innovation of the University. After developing for nearly 3 years, GRIIS has laid solid foundation for international cooperation, policy advice, project research and so on. It will make full use of PCOPSR's emphasis on corporate governance of public institution and improve the regulations and management.
Later, Li Qing introduced the organization, employing system and financial system of GRIIS and stated opinions on the council, academic committee and consultative committee. Director Fang Yingsheng introduced the support of GDUFS to the Institute in the mechanism innovation based on the University resources.
At last, Yang Jiezhi expressed that she was impressed by the standard management and institutional innovation of GRIIS. The corporate governance could not be promoted without the support of leaders and relative departments. She believed that GRIIS would push corporate governance onto a new stage through the effective and standard management.
