On the afternoon of December 30, Li Qing, secretary-general of GRIIS, Liu Jisen, deputy secretary general of GRIIS, Li Yongning, chief editor of "International Focus", Song Haixiao, and Huang Liangxiong visited the library of GDUFS and listened to the report about the construction of Guangdong Research Literature Resource Center. The five experts approved the Center and expressed gratitude for the library’s support over the years. The meeting was chaired by Yang Chengjie, the deputy director of the Library.
Li Qing, further elaborated the strategic goals, function base and research focuses of GRIIS and hoped the library could enhance the cooperation with GRIIS on the featured resources. The other experts also made some relevant suggestions and requirements on such aspects as database building, research report collecting and data collecting.
After the meeting, accompanied by Wu Fangfei, the chief librarian, Mai Peinian, the Party secretary and other leaders of the library, Li Qing and the delegation visited the Guangdong Research Literature Resource Center.
