On the morning of April 1, Prof. Chai Shaojin of Zayed University of UAE visited GRIIS for academic exchanges. The Yunshan Academic Salon of the Prospects of China-UAE Trade Cooperation was held. The leaders and researchers of GRIIS were present at the salon, which was chaired by Li Qing, secretary-general of GRIIS.
During the salon, Li Qing introduced the basic information and key research fields of GRIIS including neighboring strategy, “going global” strategy, and China’s participation in international economic governance. Then, Prof. Chai introduced his academic research field, made some comments on the prospects of China-UAE trade cooperation and exchanged ideas with other participants.
