In the morning of July 15, Chen Jie, director of Consular Section of Guangzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, and other four colleagues visited GRIIS. Li Qing, Secretary-general of GRIIS, Chen Hanxi, director of Center for European Studies, and Zhou Fangyin, director of Peripheral Strategy Research Center attended the meeting.
Chen Jie first pointed out the urgent problems that FAO has encountered in practical work and hoped to cooperate with GRIIS to propose some guiding plans from local perspective. Both sides also talked over such matters as future cooperation and holding lectures on disseminating knowledge about diplomacy.
