On the morning of October 23, 2014, Prof. Nicholas, academician ofAustralianAcademyof Social Sciences and Yunshan Chair Professor of GDUFS made a speech on theIntroduction of Strategies.
Prof. Nicolas first explained the definition of “strategy”, i.e. how the enterprises can maintain and update their external competitive edge. The three factors of strategy include the decision-making in the uncertain situation, the boarder of the enterprise and the competitive advantage for sustainable development.
