The main contents of Prof. Li’s speech are：Outline for his research of PRD, traditional and new types of concepts from urban to mega-urban development which he focused on Landscape approaches, the development dynamics of PRD, the economic growth and social construction of PRD, spatial initiatives for new-round development in PRD as a Mega-city region, and perspectives of future cooperation with International Regions.
