On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Guangdong Research Institute of International Strategies yesterday, Sui Guangjun, the Party Secretary of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and the Executive deputy director of the Institute, accepted an exclusive interview from Nanfang Daily. He emphasizde the Institute was devoted to construct a think tank around the world, compiling related database for Guangdong enterprises’ "going out strategy" and researching internationalization issues of Guangdong cities.
