Gu Yeli, the vice president of GDUFS, Dennis Johnson, deputy director of the Graduate School of Political Management in George Washington University, Cai Zhenshun, director of School of Legal Studies of GDUFS, Fang Kairui, deputy diector of Faculty of English Language and Culture of GDUFS, Li Qing, secretary-general of Guangdong Research Institute for International Strategies attended the ceremony.
