It studies the possible negative effects, the favorable conditions for the internal upgrading of industry and the influence of changing the pattern of investment attraction by the U.S. commitment to ease restrictions to China's high-tech export. The U.S. is more likely to fulfill the commitment, but the pace may not be fast. The report puts forward several specific measures, such as the independent innovation, speeding up internal upgrading of industry and optimizing the investment attraction. Later, the principals of the high-tech enterprises expressed opinions on the influence of the commitment from the perspectives of the product structure, research and development and sales market of their respective enterprises.
