After only two years of publication, the journal still has much to improve with some achievements. Li Yongning, the chief editor of "Trends of the International Affairs", introduced this academic journal, which is a internal publication of Guangdong government. It makes use of the foreign resources in the university, indicates the latest trends of the world, and provides consultancy service for policy-making.
