In the afternoon of July 3rd, Symposium (extended) of the Central Group of the Party Committee of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, or the Lecture of Quality-Building of Cadres in University, was held in the Lecture Hall of the Library in North Campus. Zhang Yan, China's ambassador to India, made a speech titled “the Present Situation and Developing Trend of Sino-India Relation and the Features of the Current International Situation”. The lecture was organized by the Party Committee of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and co-organized by Guangdong Research Institute for International Strategies. Sui Guangjun, the party secretary of GDUFS and executive deputy director of GRIIS, presided over the lecture.
