On the morning of March 13th, Yang Guangsheng, deputy director of the Scientific Research Department of Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, together with Zhou Wei, secretary of Guangdong Think Tank Alliance, visited GRIIS to deliberate over the preparation of “Strategic Alliance Forum”. The participants include Liu Jisen, deputy secretary general of GRIIS and Wu Yan, secretary of GRIIS. The two sides have reached an agreement on the theme, time, place and size of the forum.
