The participants communicated on the learning of the mass line of the Party which had played an important role in the history of China. As an institute for strategy and decision-making for the provincial government, GRIIS should further study on how to effectively solve the problems concerned by the people from government’s perspective. It should focus on the life of the people and think on the challenges based on the current organization system. The solutions should be realistic and practical.
