GRIIS should strengthen the connection to Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province; 3. GRIIS should reform the internal system for researchers; 4. The direction of programs should be concentrated and of high level, reflected by internationalization. Li Qing promoted the problems that GRIIS would pay attention to: 1. Handle the relation between GRIIS and the Research Base; 2. How GRIIS should support the development of the Base; 3. Focus on the research on the strategy of science and technology internationalization.
