On the afternoon of July 10th, Commercial Counselor of the Commercial Counselor’s Office of Ecuadorian General-Consulate and his colleagues visited GRIIS for program cooperation. Liu Jisen and Cai Hong, deputy secretary generals of GRIIS, attended the meeting. Cai Hong first briefed the overall situation of GRIIS and Liu Jisen introduced the research programs of GRIIS. Then he introduced the situation of Ecuador and possible cooperation forms. The two sides agreed to draft on the cooperation areas and make deeper discussion next time.
