On the morning of December 6, Vice President Prof. Gu Yeli was invited to interpret the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for GRIIS. Prof. Li Qing chaired the seminar, and all the staff of GRIIS participated.
Prof. Gu Yeli said, it’s necessary for GRIIS to fully understand the report of the Third Plenary Session and figure out its future research area and orientation so as to play a better role as a local think-tank to provide decision-making support for the government. Then, he mainly talked from the perspectives of economy and diplomacy on the report.
Secretary-general Li Qing concluded the seminar and mentioned that relevant seminars would continue.
