On the morning of March 21, the Guangzhou Think Tank Forum: Learning the Spirit of Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of CPC was held at Guangzhou Academy of Social Sciences. Gu Yeli, vice chairman of Guangzhou Think Tank Alliance and vice president of GDUFS, with Liu Jisen, deputy secretary general of GRIIS, Prof. Zhu Zuixin, Executive Deputy Director of Research Center of Legal Study of Regional Integration, attended the forum. Others include more than 40 representatives from Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, the Legislative Affairs Office of Guangdong Provincial Government and other Prefecture-level City Academies of Social Sciences and Federations of Social Science.
