On the morning of March 16, David Fouquet, senior associate of European Institute for Asian Studies visited GRIIS and discussed cooperation issues. Chen Hanxi, researcher of GRIIS participated in the meeting. He briefly introduced the overall situation of GRIIS in research orientation, international cooperation, and research achievements. Then, David Fouquet briefly introduced European Institute for Asian Studies, its cooperation with Chinese government, its researches on China-Europe relations, China-Burma relations and East Asia relations. Both sides have reached a tentative agreement to cooperate.
