Prof.Boris Popivanov received his PhD in political science from the University of Sofia. He is as sociate Professor in Modern Bulgarian Institutions at the Facultyof Philosophy at the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He can lecture in severalEuropean languages and is learning basic Chinese.
Hisareas of expertise are citizenship and youth studies, history of socialistideas, and history of modern institutions. He is member of the BulgarianPolitical Science Association.
